Proclaim is excessively slow

We are using Proclaim on multiple devices but Proclaim is extremely laggy only on one device. The device on which Proclaim is lagging is on a iMac which is running on 10.15.5. It takes a while to scroll down and click on different slides.
I hope this can be fixed.
