Well, that's not fair. And very strange because I don't own either book but I can only see one. I wonder why you would be able to see it but I can't.

Yes, I see it. I can see it on the website, I just can't see it in the Store tab in the library.

The bigger issue is why can some users see it and others can't. If it's impacting multiple users Faithlife should look into it. Shouldn't we all be seeing the same books if we don't already own them? They have had issues with other books not appearing in the store tab in the past that have since been fixed. I'm trying to report the issue for the benefit of everyone. Something might be broken behind the scenes, and other books and users might be impacted.

Poor strategy - similar to walking into the pub and complaining about the window cleaner. It's only effective if the window cleaner is in the bar.
These forums are principally self help areas which Faithlife wanders through on occasion.

I'll give it a try. In my experience, though I've had better luck getting stuff resolved through the forums. I reported an issue with ebooks not appearing in the Store Tab recently and it got resolved within a few hours. I guess that's why I defaulted to the forums, since it worked last time. Although chat has been great for sales and exchanges so I'll try chat.
