BUG: Cleaning up test stuff left orphan workflows on home page

In the Guide Menu, I removed all the in progress workflows by deleting them. I also deleted many of the custom workflows. The two in progress workflows that appeared on the Home Page were not deleted. Logs are attached.

I can't get the file to upload. Windows 11 is stumping me on getting the dropbox link correctly.VerbumError.zip
Finally got drag and drop to Amber to work (I think)

Just to follow up, if you refresh the Home Page do they disappear?

It is too late to double check but I believe it took a restart to erase them ...

So you didn't manually refresh? I would expect that. The Home Page has to refresh for them to be removed.

I believe I did try a manual refresh but I can't be certain.
