As far as I can tell (since I already own it) this is still for sale. Is it possibly because of your location that it is unavailable to you? If so, don't count on it changing. You might see if you are eligible for a temporary license to SIL resources Digital Resources | SIL International

I believe the OP was inquiring when it would "go on" sale (i.e. be discounted), rather than "for sale" (able to be purchased).
The answer to that question: We don't know. I am unaware of any patterns to discounts on specific items.
I was told that this set has been discontinued and another set will be available in the coming days.
