video display problem
Hi All,
I recently upgraded to windows 11 and found that when I mouseover some images e.g. commentary lines on passage search, the image will be distorted. It does not happen on the list of books section.
I have posted a screen shot. It is quite annoying. I have changed different graphic setting and no difference.
Anyone experiencing same problem?
Thanks.
Mac

are you reporting this for the Logos 9 forum? if so, ask that it be moved there. Or is this on some mobile device? On a Windows 11 PC Logos 9 I have not had this problem. Are all your drivers up to date?

Hi MJ
It is a Windows 11 PC desktop with logos 9. I am not sure why this happens. All drivers up to date. I just want to report this to see if anyone has any idea. It happens after I upgraded to Windows 11 but not sure if it is a bug or just my setttings.
Thanks

My native Win 11 laptop does not do that. What scaling have you set in Program Settings? What is your monitor scaling?

Hi Dave
Both 100% scaling. (recommended setting).

I don't know if it's related, but I'm having a similar problem with the Factbook. I'm running Windows 10 Pro on an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X desktop with an NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics card. I'm using Logos 9.9.0.0016. So far the factbook and the guides are the only resources that I've noticed the problem with, so it's annoying but not a showstopper. The RTX 3070 is a relatively recent card, so I guess it could be a driver bug. I am up to date on the video driver, though.

Similar problems here for the last few point releases. Affecting both my desktop (RTX 3080 on 1440p widescreen) and laptop (GTX1660Ti on both 1080p internal and 4k external display). Both on latest drivers and latest Win10, Logos 9.9SR-1. Happening for the last several Logos point updates.
It's worst for me in Notes - the zoom level changes unpredictably on hover or selection, this often prevents dialog boxes being usable (and buttons don't 'press' when clicked)
Icons get corrupted too in pinned favourites (at the top) and in pane headers.

Mac,
I've not been able to reproduce this. Can you include any Program Scaling, Content Scaling, and OS scaling? What is your screen resolution and also are you on any secondary display?

We have a support article that either describes similar behavior mentioned in this thread, or the same. https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412237977485-Text-Appears-Stretched

Thanks, that's a helpful workaround.

Based on a very quick test, that seems to have worked for me. I find it baffling that an audio library would affect display rendering, but doing some online research it appears that there's a well known incompatibility between it and at least some NVIDIA drivers.
Anyway, thanks for the help.
