This still makes no sense but my guess at what you want to do is:

1. You are interested in only certain aspects of linguistics e.g. you ignore articulatory phonetics, etymology, historical linguistics . . . and focus on morphology:
2. For each word in the passage:

• identify multi-part lexemes/collations/idioms
• identify root
• identify lemma
• identify stem
• identify all morphemes paying attention to what is taught in Mounce, William D. The Morphology of Biblical Greek. Edited by Verlyn D. Verbrugge. Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan Publishing House, 1994.
• based on the data assign classes to the lemma
• note any irregularity in use or conjugation/declension
