In a peer-to-peer forum, any answer to this is speculation. This is my pure speculation - unadulterated by any actual knowledge -- the author i.e. Ralph West may have requested that it not be distributed to people who do not own the book with which it is associated. He may have done so because he didn't want his method to be mutilated in practice by those who had absolutely no knowledge of how the workflow is intended to be used and, therefore, his good name unfairly sullied. But if you really want an answer that is other than speculation, call sales/online chat with sales and ask if you can purchase it despite it not being offered on the site.

It appears that I own the workflow and have the book in my wishlist. I am not sure how that all happened, but I think it was free. I have a LOT in my wishlist. LOL.
