Proclaim crashing before it even opens.

We bought a new Mac for the purposes of running our presentations from it but as I worked on finalizing the Christmas Eve service tonight it crashed and now will not open. It just keeps sending me the same crash report.

    The Proclaim staff are quite likely to miss this report. For some reason they want us all to use a 'Faithlife Group' system.

    I tend to only use that to point to my posts in this thread. 

    I think you would be well advised to give customer service a ring.

    Hello EABC Admin, thank you for sharing the Crash Log. Would you be able to send us your Proclaim logs? You can use the instructions below to submit your logs even though Proclaim will not open.

    Hi EABC, thanks for the report.

    I was able to load your presentation onto my Mac and got the same thing. I've restored an earlier version of your presentation and changed the font to something similar to before your crash, so you should now be able to get Proclaim open and work on your presentation.

    I'd recommend opening into a blank layout when you open Proclaim to make sure you've had time to sync the changes. Hold down the Command key as you launch Proclaim, then enter your credentials before reopening your presentation.

    I'm sorry for the disruption. I'm not yet sure how you got to be crashing in the first place, and I've made a case to investigate further.
