NIV not downloaded

I tried to open the NIV 2011 tonight and it said that it wasn't downloaded but it showed a preivew. It offered to open it in the Wen app, which opened it up just fine. How do I download it so I can read it offline? I do own it by the way.

Filter your library for "not on this device." Select the resource. Right Click. Choose "download."

Moving forward, you should make sure you are aware of your settings. If you want all resources to download, make sure that you have that selected.

If a restart of your computer doesn't fix it, you could try the command rebuild index. NOTE: that may be a time consuming effort, so choose a good time to do so (i.e. overnight).
