Suddenly can't run LOGOS on Laptop.
When I try to open LOGOS, I see the following notice:
I ran the installer, and it reported that LOGOS was up to date. PC is 64 bit, as is windows. Windows updates are current, AV software is Byte Defender and up to date. Problem began after I restarted to complete updates today.

Looks like the image did not post. This app can't run on your PC.To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

As an update, Support gave me several things to try, but ultimately I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling LOGOS. It took a while to re-download everything, but is working fine now.

I have had to do that a few times. It takes awhile, especially if I am at a public hotspot or on cellular data. But ... I have to do that with all my software. I am hard on my machines. I do things that the programmers would never expect, or would make them cringe.
I sometimes even strip my machines of the operating system, erase the harddrive the best I can, and put on a fresh copy of the operating system.
