Hide ketiv and qere on Android mobile app

Does anyone know how to hide the ketiv and/or qere on the Hebrew text (i.e. Lexham Hebrew Bible) in the mobile app (Android)? I can't find an option to do that for the life of me. So the moment there is a ketiv/qere variation there are suddenly three lines of text. Very annoying.

Below is from iOS ... Settings > AA menu. You don't have in Android?
