Preparing the Library

My PC has been stuck in preparing your library since 3 PM tonight. It is been in this for over 6 hours. What is the best way to fix this? And what is its cause?

We need diagnostic logs** to understand what is happening, but what was your action(s) before this happened?
** kill Logos in Task Manager then restart with CTRL key held. After roughly 5 minutes of Preparing Library, upload the compressed zipped logs using the paperclip icon.

All I did was power on my PC and then went to the Logos desktop and it stayed in preparing your library for 7 hours but then it decided to work without any problems.
