Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)It is a capable processor with sufficient RAM, but will not perform well unless it has a SSD (hard drive is too slow).

Read what Wikipedia has to say about SSDs (Solid State Drives). Come back with any questions about bits of the information you didn't understand.

One of the best beginner videos that I know to explain the difference between an SSD and HD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cyMTl_QXSc
PowerCert Animated Videos
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJQJ4GjTiq5lmn8czf8oo0Q
When I need to learn some general information about computer hardware, I first search for the topic at PowerCert and watch that video and then I see what pops up in the youtube sidebar on the same topic.

Professor Messer Videos were my professor's first choice to start learning about harware, but I was too dumb to start there, and did better starting at the above link.

You will learn a lot about your device by watching disassembly videos. Always google the name of the device and the word "disassembly".

You are welcome!
It is true that most of what we need to know is free on the internet, but finding that knowledge when you don't know where to look, and don't know what to look for, and don't have the context to understand it is an inefficient way to learn.
I often get directed to things that are just a bit too advanced for me. I use the vocabulary that I learn from the too advanced resource to go back and research each item individually. Gradually I find resources like PowerCert that I bookmark and use often.
Good Luck! There are only so many hours in the day to learn all this stuff. Make sure to bookmark what you don't have time to learn now, so you can find it later, when learning it is more critical.

Hard Drive: 1TB 7200 RPM + 128GB Solid State Drive PCIe
The hard drive is reasonable at 7200rpm and Logos should perform adequately with the operating system on the 128 GB SSD.
