Corpus Linguistics and the Greek of the New Testament by Matthew Brrok O'Donnell and Structural Lexicology and the Greek New Testament: Applying Corpus Linguistics for Word Sense Possibility Delimitation Using Collocational Indicators - The Gospel Coalition should get you started. But you really need to learn how to search for resources yourself so that you can ask narrower questions that we can answer more usefully e.g. I have no idea whether or not these resources are appropriate for your background.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

These resources were definitely helpful but here are my questions. Corpus Linguistics applies quantitative methods to study linguistic phenomena on collections of texts. How can this application be inductive and deductive? All the features associated to the inflected form, such as the lemma, the part of speech and the syntactic role, must be searchable and usable to narrow the research according to combined criteria on different levels of analysis (e.g. a specific preposition followed by a lemmatized term, followed by a generic term in genitive). How can I best apply this to the Prologue of John's Gospel?

Quantititaive methods can be used with inductively or deductive or abductively or conductive or ...the type of reasoning used is independent of the type of data used although the data influences what reasoning is most likely successful. Remember that the vast majority of linguistics is descriptive. As to how to apply it, that you must determine as it depends on your skills and interests.
