I have a colleague who wants to count the letters of a given NT book in Greek. Can L4 do this?
I don't think so, but I could be wrong...
However, if I wanted to do this I would make a custom Copy Bible Verses style to copy the book's text into Word without verse numbers etc. Then, I would use the Find and Replace to delete all punctuation marks. Finally I would use Word's Word count (which has a Characters count) to determine the number. This would give me an accurate count unless iota subscripts need to be counted as characters (Word doesn't consider them to be letters).
