Word List Settings Problem
When I generate a word list, words with similar spellings that should be listed separately are grouped together.
For example, for the Lemma ὅτι, the card, count and gloss columns combine ὅτι and ἔτι. There are several such combinations in the image below.
I called tech support and they confirmed there is no bug in my software, and so concluded that there must be a setting somewhere. But where??
There is a setting in the Concordance Tool to "combine word forms" which makes the same mistake.
Here is the concordance with word forms combined: (note that again it is not just forms of the same word that are combined (e.g. ὅτι and ἔτι are listed together)

What is your software (version of Logos and Mac/Windows OS)? There is no setting.
You were also fishing for help in an earlier thread where I responded "I cannot reproduce this in 9.6 SR-2. Have tried ESV, NA28 as you did."

I'm once again trying to create accurate word lists and having the same issue no matter what edition of the Greek NT I am using. The problem makes the word list feature unusable.

mean? Did someone from Logos actively look into the issue?It usually means that someone at FL has duplicated the problem and written up a case report reuesting a fix. This is added to a tracking system for prioritization and eventual correction. Once in a great while they will enter a bug report without having recreated it.

I also can reproduce this problem.
This image is the from the ESV based on Ephesians. Notice εν and αν together as well as εις the number and the conjunction.
I get slightly different results if I build from NA28. Then εν and αν are not together, but εις the proposition and number are.
I am using 9.13.0.0018 on a Macbook Pro.

Welcome Nathan,
As you read above, Faithlife have an open case (bug report) to fix this problem. They don't provide a timeframe, though, as is their custom.

I also can reproduce this problem.
Nathan, are you still able to reproduce this in Logos 10? We believe it's fixed there.

A user who was having this problem in Logos 9 has confirmed that it's no longer a problem in Logos 10.
