Slide markup codes
Is there a list of markup codes for use when creating sermon slides.
I've discovered a few, but I'm looking for a complete list somewhere.
For example a 'double dash' ("--") will start a new slide, or a 'double asterisk' ("**") will bold text.
Thanks for any help.
Chris

I'll add more as I stumble over them, but it sure would be nice to have an official list from the programmers.
Here's what I've discovered so far:
-- (Double dash) - start new slide
*text* - italicize text
**text** - bold text
***text*** - bold & italicize text (doesn't always work)
__text__ (double underline) - underline text
*__text__* - italicize & underline
**__text__** - bold & underline
***__text__*** - bold, italicize & underline

First off, thank you for addressing this subject. It seems to be some very well hidden information, but I did find your list helpful. I can't seem to do something as simple as leave some blank space between lines, or cause a break between paragraphs.
Were you ever able to get a complete list of markup codes?

I have not found any more codes.
My church also uses Proclaim for slides, so I usually send to Proclaimand edit there. There are also issues in the transfer.
For example, if I use an uploaded background for a slide, I can edit the text all I want. When it transfers to Proclaim, the text will not display. I have to add it back in. So I just create generic black slides with white text, and then edit in Proclaim. Very frustrating!

So I just create generic black slides with white text, and then edit in Proclaim.
I also have been forced to do this since the "fill-in" option is not consistently available after I apply custom background to Sermon Slides in Logos. I am longing for the day when ALL templates will be available in both Proclaim and Logos Sermon Docs (or sync moves both ways) so that my archive in Logos has the same slides that I use in Proclaim.

The last contribution in this thread was well over a year ago and it is unlikely you will get a response unless you start a new thread in the Logos 9 Forum.

Why should I expect more response now than I got 2 years ago (none)?
I posted this to ask the question and post what I had discovered to help others who've experienced the same deficiencies with the Logos sermon slide creator.
Brian's response was just asking if I had discovered any more hidden codes. Unfortunately, I haven't.
I've also spoken with Customer Service about this. While Customer Service is usually very responsive and helpful, on this issue, the response on the phone was a clueless as the non-response to this post. The CSR wasn't aware of the codes I had discovered, so the fact that codes were possible was news to the Support. So reposting, re-calling, etc. don't seem like a fruitful endeavor.
But check the forums. I'll repost it, and we'll see if there is any response of value to this issue. I'm not holding my breath.
