Custom reading plan?

Hello,

I'm having trouble generating a custom reading plan. I don't see the option anywhere. I've read the reading plan help article. This is the options I get on the "Docs --> New -->" instruction (see screenshot). Any help would be appreciated. Is this something that can only be done on the installed windows app and not through the browser option?

This is correct. The web application only supports the creation of those two document types.
