[BUG ?] Misalignment
For a long time, I have had occasional issues of misalignment, i.e., the mouse does not select the item over which it is displayed. This has happened on my previous MacBook and on my new one.
Here are two examples:

i haven’t seen this. More details would be helpful.
Hi JT,
Many thanks for your reply. This has been happening on and off for a long time. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce it on demand. I am not sure what causes it. The recording was taken on an external monitor but I believe it also happens on the laptop's monitor. Two different laptops have been affected by it.
I run Logos on a MacBook Pro, 16 inch, 2019, with Big Sur 11.6.2.

If it happens again, see my signature line and post logs. A techie may find something. Also make sure to note if an external monitor is used at the time. I have heard of issues like this on external monitors, but I don't think I have heard of it with the built in display.

I have an update, perhaps!
I very rarely ever connect to an external monitor... in fact, I have never connected my MacBook Air (M1) via a cable. However, I connected today via screen mirroring and SharePlay (wirelessly) to my Apple TV. After I disconnected, I had the exact issue you describe... but it was in other apps such as Safari. I fixed it with a restart of my computer.
I am wondering if you did indeed discover a bug, but not a Logos one.

Hi JT,
This is very interesting. I haven't had this issue in any other application, only in Logos.
I am waiting now for it to occur again. Then I will move the Logos window that has the problem to the main laptop screen to see if the problem persists.

Hi Armin,
I'm having trouble reproducing this. It would be very helpful if you could let me know what your OS resolution is and if you have any program or content scaling turned on.

My OS resolution is 3072x1920 for the laptop monitor and 1920x1200 for the external monitor. Program scaling is 100% and Content scaling is 110%.

I noticed that sometimes moving the Logos window to a different screen fixes the problem. But when I then move the Logos window back to the initial screen, the problem reoccurs. However, this trick does not always work.

My typical setup is to have 2-3 Logos windows on different screens. Each window has numerous tabs, some of which are linked. The problem typically appears after a few hours or days without shutting down Logos.
