I need to upgrade my 8 inch tablet. 8 inch ones are ‘rare’. This one is a little on the expensive side [$450]

4 Gig Ram 2.7 GHz WIFI with 128 Gig storage internal and 1 TB Micro SD card external.

Could put my entire library on this one. Anyone have experience with this tablet?

Verbum for Android Question: The old version needed to run on internal memory.  Does the latest version run on external memory [The Micro SD card] or does it still only run from internal memory?

    Hi David:

On your current tablet you're seeking to retire, are you able to store downloaded resources on an external SD card? I ask because several years ago when I wanted to do so, it was not possible, or maybe it was somehow impractical. Technology changes, and I'm no longer interested in downloading resources to an SD card, so I haven't kept up with it. Just want to make sure if you're certain you can use that 1TB card for resources.

On the other hand my current has 32 Gig internal and the Tab active 3 will have 128 Gig internal.  [Researching your question on use of external]

[Researching your question on use of external]

My research [ asking a question on the forum] has lead me to know that it is not yet time to spend $500 on a tablet to run Logos on.

    Thanks for the replies.

      Thanks!

FL Customer service recommends not using external storage for any FL product.  [Still looking for a good 8 inch tablet but not for $500!

One comment that I found was that some manufactures turn off the Android feature of making all storage internal storage.

When I bought my current tablet I expected to be able to use all storage as internal and was surprised that I could not do so.

[[too many aps force themselves to run in internal storage and that limits the number of apps we can have on a system]]
