Anyone know the source of the grammatical roles in the clause participants guide?

Similarly, the source for transliterations in guides and interlinear ribbons (which often vary), or any information in other such resources?
Shouldn't full source information for every resource in logos be readily available, whether via an "about" button, or a preface to such products, or within the documentation for those resources? (I checked on some and found nothing in documentation about authorship/source.)
If you click on the question mark icon in the section header, it opens the Help file to the documentation on the section. At the bottom of that article is a link to the Semantic Roles and Case Frames dataset documentation.
Hopefully that provides the answer you are looking for.

The original question was re: grammatical roles not semantic roles ... which I assume reflect the same data as the clause visualizations.

You are right, I missed that distinction.
The Grammatical roles come from the clause datasets, which are documented here: https://ref.ly/logosres/cidbdochegkclause
