Cannot create Collections
Hello
I just downloaded Logos 8 on to a new computer (Win 10). I had it on my previous PC. I now cannot get my previous collections or even create a new collection. In addition, when I run the passage guide, it doesn't recognize my library that is not actually downloaded....it is on the cloud..
What happened?
Thank you!

Have your resources and documents finished downloading? Is the new installation still indexing?
Another thing to check is confirming you are signed into the same account.

Unless you selected "Everything" when installing, you will not have all your resources (many will be in the Cloud)
Check the Library Sidebar under Devices. If there is a number of resources showing against "Not on this device", then the functions/features outside Library will only show the resources that are on "This device". So:-
- some Collections will be missing, or will contain a smaller number of resources
- creating a new Collection is still possible, but your rule may not include resources that are on your device!
- Passage Guide will only work with resources on your device.
If you want to download the remaining resources:
- go to Library
- select "Not on this device" from the sidebar
- select all resources
- open the Info pane i and click Download.

Hello Dave,
I'm following your instructions on how to download all my resources. In my library, I opened all my "Not on this device" resources. How do I select them all, without individually going through and clicking on each of them?
Thank you!

Click on one item in the list (but not on the book title, as that will open the resource, click for example on the little book cover instead), then hit 'Ctrl' and 'A'.
