Sermon Builder desktop not typing
When I access the sermon builder on the desktop it does not type, however on the internet browser no problems. Can anyone help me?
I have Logos 9 full feature Silver.

Is this a new problem or has it always been like this for you?
Are you running Logos on Windows or Mac? (Yesterday I saw a strange problem on Mac with a sermon builder panel not taking focus when switching between panels yesterday)
Are you seeing this in a blank sermon document or one with text in?

I run Windows and a top of the line MSI computer. When I open a blank document to start a sermon,, I can't write on it. I do not have this problem with the online website just on the desktop.

Very sorry this is happening. I have a couple questions..
1) When the desktop app gets into this state, you mention you can write anything in Sermon Builder. When this is happening though, can you click on anything else outside of Sermon Builder? For example, can you click on any toolbar items? We're trying to determine if the entire program locks up at that point or if it's just within the panel of Sermon Builder.
2) Could you please attach a screenshot of the desktop app when it gets into this state? That could potentially be helpful for our development team as we're troubleshooting this situation.

The screenshot shows a blank note panel - there should normally be at least the name of the sermon document and a Heading field (as below)
And, from your screenshot, it looks as though you are running Windows 11.
My guess is that you are experiencing the video driver problem that has caused a number of issues including blank notes panel. This is referenced in the support article at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052821231-Display-problems-on-11th-gen-Intel-processors-with-Iris-Xe
As per that article, try to download the latest graphics drivers from Intel and see if that address the problem.

please watch to see the issue. I downloaded the drivers, but still nothing. I run a high-end computer.
