Logos 9.9.0.0011 (Windows) doesn't find the 9.10 update
I've tried multiple times - same result every time. See the 2 highlights (upper left, lower right) in the screenshot below.
Thoughts?
This is significant because Logos is crashing every time I click the "Properties" link when one of my printers is selected in the Print / Export screen.
Thanks,
Donnie

Two times it failed to include a pasted-in screenshot. Not helpful.
It has never accepted pasted in screenshots -- at least it is consistent.[;)]

I thought I remembered FL adding that capability to the forums within the last couple of years. Not sure why it lets me paste the screenshot in and display it as if it will be uploaded.
Thank you.

No, the forums are third-party software which FL doesn't maintain. What you may be remembering is the option to use Amber to insert images - something I find very useful.

Restart your computer and try the Download link in the forum post announcing Logos 9.10.

Version 9.9.0.0016 included a fix for this, but unfortunately you didn't update to this before 9.10 was released. You'll have to manually update to 9.10 by manually running the installer as Dave suggested.

Thanks Andrew for the reply.
This is likely related to a problem I've had for 5+ years now - only about 1 in 10 Logos updates get auto-applied even though I have it configured to auto-update:
- Use Internet: Yes
- Automatically Start Downloads: Yes (between 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM)
My computer is on all the time.
FWIW...

Yes, Logos is running.
No, my computer isn't sleeping. Usually the screen is locked overnight, but it's not sleeping or hibernating or in any kind of suspended state.
