Is it possible to have text left justified in this type of search result?

    No, because you selected "aligned" which means you asked to have it aligned by the matched term. To have left justification "select verses"

    If you meant can the text be extended forward to the same left margin, the segment of the text that is searched - verse or clause - meaning that the preceding text is not readily available to the search..
