Diagrams Pasted into Notes from L3

I am able to copy and paste my diagrams from L3 into the notes function of L4 - but they do not stay, is there a "particular" reason?
Let me say a little more- I paste it into notes and it looks good, but as soon as I click on another frame, i.e. on another book, bible, etc- it disappears.

L4 cannot save images in notes. However, the text editor does accept the images but can't save them so when you navigate away it "forgets" them.
I can't remember if support for images is coming or if they will make it so the text editor won't let you copy an image in.
