I ran an inline search for <sense animal> in the Gospels and got good results. How can I produce a list of those animals? I am not interested in passage or verse, just the list of animals.

I suggest running a regular Bible search - not an inline search - for that sense in the Gospels.
Then switch the results to Aligned view - so that all the animals are in the same columne. Then use the Print / Export feature to save the results to a spreadsheet.
You can then open the spreadsheet and just focus on that particular column.

Another option is the Analysis View in the Search window, grouped by 'Sense.' Then collapse to 'Summary View'.
