How do we turn off the pop-ups? I've seen questions about this back to 2010 and Logos 4. Surely this has been fixed by now. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING.
What you are showing is a picklist for selection of the entry in a text box. It cannot be turned off as it would render input text boxes nearly useful. Given how the screen shot it trimmed, I can't tell what input text box you have your cursor resting in.
