Rebuild Personal Book Index NOT working
I've deleted 40 PBs but they still show up in the Library, and I CAN open them. But only in libraray. They are not in Personal books tool. Rebuild Personal Book Index did nothing, nor did general Rebuild Index command.
Is there anything else I can do, delete some temp cache or something...tnx

You mean, you did delete the PB projects in the PB tool? Then hide the PBs in the library to get rid of them (unless you had uploaded them, then they will possibly redownload).

I've posted this as a bug elsewhere. Open the Information page of each resource and note its filename (bottom of the page). Then delete it from the Resources folder** when Logos is closed (if they have been Uploaded, you have to Hide them in Library).
.

Hiding is one thing....deleting from PB tool usually removes the res altogether.

Sorry for the double post...for some reason I got the Post Pending Moderation notion before I could post...
yes, that's what I'm doing, actually exported to csv so I have all the file names in one place...but I must say...deleting from PB tool is a drag, as you have to do one by one as there's no way to mark more books at the same time...and this is tedieous as well...
biggest concer was that after removing the res Reindxing did nothing.
Tnx for reporting this as s bug...I couln't do it las night as my 3 attempts to write on the Forums got Spam Pending Moderation notion for some reason.

I think the command delete unlicensed resources should work if no longer 'licensed' by the PB tool. Reindexing applies to an individual resource, so I'm not sure what you were expecting unless you meant the rebuild personal book index command as that would remove deleted PB's from the index (not from the resource folder).

What, are you saying that deleteing PBooks va PB tool is not removing/deleting them from the Resource folder? What's the purpose of delete then...it's works like hide.
I was sure that if I DELETE the book I made, that it would disapear from my library, as they ussually do. But in this instance that didn't happen. So I forced Rebuild personal book index as I was hoping it would update the library, see that Res has been removed, removed them from library as well as from the res folder.
Otherwise, this would mean all my "test PBs" are still cloggin myy Resources folder after being deleted. Am I right?

That's what I said. But I just deleted one from the PB tool (not uploaded) and it was removed from Library and the Resources folder!!

I also said that rebuilding the PB index will only remove the resource from the index (provided the resource has been deleted from Library).

It must have been a glitch...since usually if I remove/delete a PB resource, it will imediately be removed from my libraray and delete off my hard drive. I double checked by exporting the PB list and doublechecking to see if the files went missing.
But, I have removed the PB, and they still show up in my library, I can opent them, but can't remove them via PB tool as they are missingn from there. If nothing else, reindexing should re-populate my PB tool if the files are still found in my Res folder.
Anyway, did it by hand and all is well. Made few more changes, deleted some extra PBs and all worked well.
My guess is as I've tried "trial" Faithlife Connect, that something got missindexed and as my trial was over and bunch of "temporaray licence" resources were removed that it messed up my local PB index somehow.
Thanks for your help, tho. Appreciate it.
