Deleted PBBs still in library after reindexing

Can't get rid of the bunch of PBBs I deleted from my library via the PB tool. They still show up in the library, and I can open them as resources tho I can't find them in the PB tool anymore. I've tried rebuilding personal book index, complete rebuild, restart....can't figure out what is going on.
Using L9 on Win 10
