opening dialog boxes
when I click on a box to open, it tries and spins but will not open. it spins for a couple of seconds.

i purchased a new laptop in september. hp i 7 and the computer meets my needs. I downloaded my logos 9 to it and the dialog boxes will not open to read all the info. downloaded windows 11 in november but never checked, just assumed all was crossed over correctly. It seems i have lost more than i know but that is another topic. thanks for your help as you help so many.
