Can not drag from a shortcut folder?

Using 9.10 on Mac as well as windows I can't click and drag from any shortcut's folder. However, if I just put the item on the shortcuts bar (not in a folder I am able to drag to place the window where I would like it.

I did some searching but could not find a post that talks about this.

Any thoughts?

Seems like a bug to me!

Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of using shortcut folders. You can't drag to or from the folder. I hope that this will change in the future, but there isn't currently a schedule for the completion of this work.

Thanks Andrew for the answer. Not a big thing but will like take advantage of it if it gets done.
