I'm not sure which of the releases since January 1 did this, but all the books in my library are now dated January 6 or later. That pretty much makes Date Updated useless now for trying to figure out what resources I acquired on January 1, 2022. For my monthly Faithlife Connect freebies, I was trying to see if I'd started a collection that I could add to; now, I have no idea what I did prior to January 6, 2022. I right clicked on column headings in my Library catalog, but there's no other selection that would come close to giving me that info.
Any suggestions?
Grace & Peace,
Bill

Check your purchase history, which is what I do.

This field has limited value. It does not necessarily tell you when you purchased the resource. It does not necessarily tell you when the resource was released by FL. It tells you when it was last downloaded by you, which could have been triggered by an update to the files by FL. You can prevent that by changing your settings, but that doesn't really help much.

I had to 'set update channel to default' to get this to download, I was on beta.

(Service Releases by definition are "stable," therefore are not pushed through the beta channel)

My Logos 9 updated yesterday. When I tried to start it this morning I got the following message. It won't start. I tried re-installing but it says everything is up-to-date. What do I do?

I have replied over there.
Your picture looks familiar... Are you new to the forums, or did you just change your email address?

Any chance we could have the msstore version kept up to date too so those of us that also have to do IT administration for churches can have the correct versions pulled down via winget during device/staff onboarding? The current versions reported are:
9.10.17 (regular)
9.11.3 (beta)0
