Logos blog shows how to reset help cards. Why doesn't Verbum have the same help cards setting?

Because FL chose not to implement the card help or the link to discussion groups in Verbum ... I've complained multiple times but gotten no explanation. Why do Verbumites pay the same as Logosians for a lesser product - Faithlife Forums
