Phone not syncing with notes made on computer
Could someone please help me? I have a very distressing problem with the notes i make on my computer not showing up on my phone. This is a huge major issue that's causing me a lot of grief and discouragement.
Both are updated, internet connection is fine, restarted both programs.

Welcome to the forums Jennifer. Sorry you are having troubles. [:s]
To trouble shoot, please provide some more info:
- What specific versions of the desktop and mobile app are you using?
- Where are you looking on mobile to find these notes? (i.e. "my highlights aren't appearing" or "I'm looking in the notes tool")
Those are good places to start.

Jennifer..... Not sure I understand.... but my notes do not show up automatically. All that shows up on my phone (android) is the note icon. All my notes have icons... and thus when I scroll my Bible on my phone... the icons show up and I press the icon and then see my note.
Does this work for you?
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

Thank you so much for your reply I am using a MacBook Air (fully updated) and an iphone (fully updated)
What will happen is i make a note in my computer software (researching is so much easier and more efficient on my computer) and then when i am on a zoom meeting to reference my notes it wasn't there. Or more so the icon next to the verse isn't there.
So i had just paused and taken a greater look and i see that i had anchored it to a word in NIV (I'm usually in ESV). Do you think that's the reason i didn't see it? I thought that the bible notes can be seen no matter what version you are using.

That is a likely scenario.
I thought that the bible notes can be seen no matter what version you are using.
The ability to see notes in one bible taken in another requires a few things:
- The bibles must both have "reverse interlinears." (The NIV and ESV both do).
- You must own (or have access to) both reverse interlinears.
- You must have "corresponding" notes turned on.

JT has explained the what is necessary for this feature to work - on desktop
Unfortunately, the Corresponding feature is not available on mobile
