My birthday was on February 15th, and I have not received my Birthday Code as yet.
UPDATE: I emailed Faithlife, and they emailed me the code.
I didn't get mine, either. I couldn't remember if the code came at the beginning of the month, or on the one's birthday which, for me, is at the end. I emailed them, too because of your reminder! Thank you, Kenute! Interestingly, I got the email with the code and a suggestion that I should check my spam. Well, I get about 500 emails from FL each month, and I'm pretty sure none of them end up in the spam folder. And the email gave me exactly a couple hours to spend it.

I've posted this elsewhere in the forums when people asked about birthday codes. I did not do so here because Kenute stated that he had gotten his.
I almost never get mine via e-mail. I found this out last year that you can see your code on the Logos (both desktop and web) app home page if you have the right boxes checked selecting what type of info to display. I am not sure which item it is but try "My Logos Messages".
I got one last year but didn't get one this year. I ended up guessing correctly what the code was.
I'm not sure why the codes are not going out. I definitely have my birthday in my Faithlife profile. I used to get them in the past but the last few years have been spotty.
Contact customer service if you didn't get your code for your birthday last month.

You're likely right. Somehow all of my emails were turned off. I don't remember doing that, I remember deselecting a couple of things but I don't remember turning off all emails (I vaguely remember deselecting some boxes because Faithlife was sending way to many emails, more than they had been historically). (I wonder if I intended to unsubscribe from one type of thing and it turned off everything...)
For now it would be nice to know exactly which checkbox needs to be checked to ensure that I get my birthday coupon without being inundated with emails I don't want. Preferably though, it should be treated separately, maybe it deserves its own checkbox.
