Say I am doing s sermon on Daniel 2, and I want to collect "links" to all the journal articles, sermons, significant passages etc on Daniel 2. What is the best way to collect and store them?
Clippings?
Clipping is what I would use too.

Dave.... How would I use Favorites to keep track of a highlight I highlighted somewhere? Did you mean History?

You can't track individual highlights via Favorites unless they are in the same Notebook. Otherwise, it is best done from the Notes tool. The OP is not talking about History, but a way to track links relevant to his project (Daniel 2) The wiki article I provided illustrates this, where you drag tabs from your layout into Favorites whether they come from a document, guide, tool or resource.
