Layout in Mobile

Is there away of deleeting  or changeing the the Layout in Mobile. I have tried to deleete the Layout I have done ,but it was impossible to me to deleete it. And how can I deelet them all at a time ,if there is anything about it?

  And how can I deelet them all at a time
