free upgrade from 8 to 9 doesnt work
No matter what I do reboot etc on windows 10 its stuck at version 8
support chat just said reboot but no go
I havnt used logos for a while its got 800 odd books I think its bronze when i installed it the other day on this computer it installed version 8. but no dark mode so i saw 9 had it chatted and guy said heres the link to the free basic update but it doesnt take not matter what. anyone else had this issue?
In the about logo page it has 3 dots. One is green and says logos 8.xxx then orange dot for Logos 9 free and orange for the base package library. all my books are in 8 fine
any ideas

It's starts to install windows asks if is ok to continues the rectangular standard install box pops up and flashes a few things on the screen for about a second then pops a box up saying Error can't download file. No error code or mention of what file. This is after I have downloaded the windows installer and attempted to run the .exe file. I downloaded installer again Incase it was corrupt exact same thing

You must have 64-bit version of Windows. Otherwise use the paperclip icon to upload the zipped logs at %localappdata%\Faithlife\Logs\Logos (type this into File Explorer).
