Two Issues in Logos on Mac

How do I do the logs? Also, where do I find the similar thread. I've looked for something similar and can't find anything. Maybe my search wording is off.

Dear Pastor Alvarez, I also had a problem like your mentioned 2nd issue. Diego Manzano, sent me an e-mail with steps to correct this situation re: your "hamburger" not opening. Here they are below:

1. Quit Logos

2. Open Finder.

3. Press CMD+Shift+G

4. Type ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4

5. Click Go.

6. Rename the Documents folder by adding a 1 at the beginning

7. Hold down the Command button on your keyboard and open Logos

8. In the sign-in window that pop-ups click Work Offline

9. Open the library sidebar

10. Quit Logos

11. Open Logos again normally

Please note that I owned an iMac Pro. Hope it worked also if you have a Windows system!

It worked perfectly for me. Hope it also does it for you.

That worked! Thank you very much. I also spoke with him I believe.

The only thing now that I still need to work on is the auto resizing that happens every time I open Logos.

1. Scaling changes to a much bigger setting every time I open Logos. If I press the home button, it'll go back to the way I set it. How do I get this fixed?

Ok. Here is the video link. Here its shows how every time that I open Logos it resizes to a different scale that what I have set to. I've gone through and changes program and content scales and it doesn't stop the problem. It happens on my iMac and MacBook as well. It's been happening since November.

I have been working on re-creating this and I have encountered the same issue a handful of times, though it seems to be random. What is your program scaling set to? What is your content scaling set to? Having the same settings might make it easier for me to consistently reproduce this.

Hi Savanna! I have Content set to 120% and Program to 100%.
