How do these video courses differ from the Mobile Ed courses?
They differ in that there are no transcripts of the lectures, no activity sections. Just the author talking about the book.
They should be retitled to Patience Alone... that said given people pre-purchased these videos it would be o appropriate for FL to respond with an update as they have gained benefit from having that money. Lack of response is not appropriate. It's not the first time they have taken people's money then the product is delayed, and they go into hiding ignoring customer requests for an update.

That is awful - can you let us know what they said, or didn't say when you spoke to customer service?
It seems Mike you have nothing constructive to offer in regard to answering the topic of this thread which FL had not responded to in four months since it was asked. And don’t tell me they don’t read these forums. There are plenty of threads title Attn Faithlife or Attn. Specific Employee name which are answered. And those same employees answering those threads are more than capable of finding out an answer to the question of this thread.
I do not need to justify to you my adding to the voices of bumping this thread to see if FL will answer what they are doing with the money customers have given then for a product that is available and not a new or unique resource type to Logos. They have already produced similar resources.
Your patronising response does nothing but show you think because you have a special icon under your name you think it’s your role to protect FL from customers asking legitimate questions of FL. Sorry to tell you Mike but your response does nothing to prevent customers asking the hard questions of FL.
And the question still remains what is the status of this product for which customers have already paid FL?
You may well be right in all you write Disciple II.
However, whatever, the involvement of staff here in the forums the most effective and efficient way to get an answer surely must be to speak to Customer Service directly.
That way you can ensure that at least somebody in the organisation has addressed the question directly.
Posting in the forums might not be a case of individuals ignoring a problem but a case of the old adage about Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
I have no problem with folk asking legitimate questions of Faithlife. I merely point out that metaphorically 'shouting into the void' is no substitute for asking the appropriate individual the hard question.

I know I got the audio lectures for $7 and some change at Chriatian Audio dot com during their last month’s sale. As I’ve experienced both, I’d rather have the audio lectures which are the same as the video. That way I can listen anywhere even if I’m not watching 👍😁👌

Thanks DAL. I bought the 5 Solas Back in October 2021 and everything was available at that time except this video (if I remember correctly). These videos are out and available on Zondervan and have been for sometime (DVDs released in March 2021).
I don't understand what can be so hard about uploading a few videos and creating a ToC structure for it. There is no transcript and minimal tagging at best... It is just frustrating.
