How to get all the windows to show the same bible passage
Hi, can anyone help? For ages, when I type into the "Enter passage or search" box top left a bible passage, all the open windows change to reflect that passage. See below.
However, now when I type a new passage into the top left search box (say 2 Timothy 2:2), the Factbook window changes, but the NIV, Bible Speaks Today and Passage guide remain with the previous passage, see below.
I have obviously changed some setting, but I can't work out how to get it back. I have tried reverting to lots of other Layouts with the Layouts box top right, but no good. Any guidance would be gratefully received, as it is driving me nuts!

Hi Tony
It's not a setting but it's important to check what is "selected" in the dropdown menu you get when you enter 2 Tim 2:2
You need to choose the option to Go to the passage. My guess is you selected the Factbook option.
The ordering of these items change - based on prior usage - so the Factbook option may well have been at the top.
Hope this helps, Graham

Graham... is there a way to set a default as to what happens when we type a passage in the goto box? Seems now the default is Factbook.
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

No - the software is supposed to adjust automatically so that the most frequently used selections appear at the top.
I’m not convinced it always works properly but I‘ve never investigated it in detail.

There have been several attempts to demonstrate its failings but Faithlife have not properly addressed the issue.
