Bible Outline Browser in web app (Logos 9)

I cannot get the Bible Outline Browser to work on the web app. On the Logos webpage it says that this feature is supported in the web app. I have tried using chrome browser (on a chromebook and on a windows PC) and the Edge browser. I only get a blank screen (as seen below). Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. I can confirm that it does not work - it doesn't even come close. In the future, starting the title with BUG: may get a faster response.

Thanks for the response. I suppose it has been reported to the Logos-team? It is feature I like and would like to keep using in the web app (especially since the logos page is clear that this is a feature that is supposed to work in the web app).

Perhaps this is an OS dependent issue, as MacBook Pro macOS Monterey 12.3 is functioning as expected. Edit: Also, works on my iPad.

The interactive resource Bible Outline Browser doesn't work on the Web app. It's on the list of things we would like to fix, but it's not yet part of the group of items prioritized for us to tackle in the next coming months.

I will report the error on the website to our marketing team.

Thanks for reporting the issue. My wife has a MacBook and I will try the Bible Outline Browser there just in case. I guess I have to use the desktop application on my PC until the issue is resolved.

Vinjar, my information is flawed, as I mistook your post to be about the Bible Browser. Bible Outline Browser is non-functional on the macOS and iOS platforms as well. I am sorry.

No problem. I am still impressed by the quick response from the community and happy the issue has been reported.
