Performing the same search, I get results only for εἶπεν, as expected. I've seen this behavior when the Indexer is running. Is it possible that Indexing was not complete?

Not sure what you mean by that. I get the same results for the greek:εἶπεν search in both UBS4 bibles, just that the wrong words get highlighted for some results in UBS4Int.

No! I get the same results and problems in 4.0b
The greek:εἶπεν NOTEQUALS ([field bible] <lemma = lbs/el/εἶπον>) search produces 0 results in 2 x Logos NA27 bibles as expected because εἶπον is the only lemma used for εἶπεν. Apparently this is not so in UBS4 but the results of this search still show εἶπον as the lemma!!
I get the same results as Dave for both searches. Haven't indexed since last week.
I hadn't initially realized the search was on the interlinear. When I searched the UBS4 Int, I got the same result as Dave as well and have reported it.
