Automatic Workflow Notebooks
One of my largest complaints about workflows is the automatic creation of a notebook if you utilize the response fields. Is there a way to disable notebook creation and only have the individual notes created?

No I don't. I would rather tag them.
Then you probably know how to select all Notes belonging to a Notebook and re-assign them to No notebook as I can't see F/L doing that
