Anyone Else Having Trouble Uploading a Sermon?

I've been trying for a while, now, to use the sermon uploader without success. \

Click the Upload button, & at 1st nothing happens.

Refresh the screen, & it goes.

Attempt to pick/upload a file, & it hangs at 90%. Rebooted. No change in behavior.

I'm stumped. Anyone else having a problem?

I'm sorry but what you are referring to when you say the sermon uploader?

Are you referring to the Personal Book Tool or something else?

AFAIK, the problem was resolved some time during the workweek after I posted. I have no idea what changed (not my sermon file), but it worked when I tried it a few days later.

A few days later, it was working fine. I'm hoping I'll be able to use it just as easily, this afternoon.

Apparently, there was a server issue of some sort that was cleared up. I'm even more suspicious that it was a server issue of some sort, because a number of named "sermon series" labels that I'd created are gone. (I've gotten in the habit of attaching the same tag to all sermons from a particular bible book, e.g. assigning "Matthew" as the sermon series label for sermons from Matthew. I suppose there might be other labels that'd be even more helpful, but if I'm limited to one (as at present), I'll choose that over opting for a label for a once-a-year Sunday.

Have you asked FL to check into the lost data -- that is a serious issue.
