At least one of the question marks will elicit the response 'Please post logs' but with 500 post you will know this.
It will help if you would tell us what OS you are using and confirm we are discussing Logos 9 stable.

Hi Rodney,
After looking at your logs, they indicate that the installer was corrupted during the download process. The first thing I would suggest is that you download the installer again, and then manually run it so that it will update. You don't need to redownload your resources, just run the installer. Here is a link to download the installer.
Let me know if this fixes the problem?
Blessings,
Philana

When I try running the installer it pops up a message saying "Another instillation is in progress. You must complete that instillation before continuing this one"
I shut down Logos before I did this.. I also checked Task Manager to make sure there was no ghost version of Logos running..
Help and Thanks!

Rodney,
It's possible that there is another installer that is causing this. Can you see if there is something else running for a different application?

I checked Task Manager and there is no other instillations running that I can see. I just rebooted my laptop and tried the installer again and get the same message as above..

Looks like I got it fixed.. I booted into safe mode and then ran the installer and this time it gave me a message that a previous install of Adobe had an issue and that I needed to roll it back.. Once I said yes roll it back the Logos installer completed and now all looks good..
Strange but I am glad its fixed now..
Thanks!
