Logos Will Not Start Up (MacOS Monterey)
Starting yesterday my Logos will not longer open up. It worked yesterday morning and then I attempted to select a new bible reading plan (B90, standard plan provided by Logos) and the program crashed. Since then everytime I try to open the program it attempts to open but once it hits the homepage/dashboard it automatically closes and I get an general error saying something went wrong, but no details. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times at this point and followed the directions at the link below to remove all system files as well. This seemed to help as it appeared a fresh install was happening and resources were being downloaded, but the program still crashed after resource download as it hit the dashboard. I've went in with a "blank page" (holding cmd during startup) and deleted all saved layouts that would load on the dashboard incase that had anything to do with it but the same problem persists. Even opening it in this mode causes it to crash if i click on the home button.
I literally use Logos 9 for all of my bible study and would appreciate any assist anybody can provide.
Logos Version: 9.13.0.0018
MacOS: Monterey (12.3.1)

Hi Chris
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Please enabled diagnostic logging and post log files in a reply to this thread - details at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132-How-to-Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files
While - hopefully - working out what is going wrong, are you able to use the web app - app.logos.com - to continue with your studies?

So I believe the issue is fixed now but if you have a few minutes and care to look through the log i'd be interested in what you see. The log includes 5 separate Logos crashes. The first one was an initial startup, the next two were after I clicked the "reopen" option macOS gave after it shutdown, the fourth was opening it while holding down CMD and the fifth was another initial opening.
During the fourth opening (using CMD) it did open and I could open my memory verse list and notes, workflows, etc. I noticed that in my documents was the B90 reading plan so I clicked on that and it shutdown. So after I finished this log I went back into the program using CMD and deleted the B90 reading plan and restarted the program. It worked like a champ and the B90 works after I set it up again.
The first time I ran into this issue was when I setup the B90 reading plan and it froze during the creation of that plan. I'm assuming this was somehow related to the issue as it works after I reloaded that plan? Again, if you got the time i'd love to know in case I run into something like this again.
And yes, I was able to use the web version of Logos, it's just not my favorite .

I'm glad you have it working. And, according to the log (I could only see a log file from one event) there was a problem with the reading plan as per:

The first time I ran into this issue was when I setup the B90 reading plan and it froze during the creation of that plan.
You indicate it "froze" but did not crash? Presumably much earlier than May 3rd when your log indicates that it was connected with the Home Page Card service in Dashboard.
So after I finished this log I went back into the program using CMD and deleted the B90 reading plan and restarted the program. It worked like a champ and the B90 works after I set it up again.
At times this is the only way as an unknown corruption gets fixed.
