In-line Search results after mobile app update
After the iOS Logos app update, I can’t click on online search results to go to that location. I recall being able to do this a few days ago. Or maybe I’m crazy and remember that wrong.

I am using 9.13 (current version) and am able to click on links when using inline searches of my bible. I tried my phone and the iPad version (on my Mac). Both worked as expected.
Try killing the app. If that doesn't work, kill the app and restart the device. See if either work.

Karl,
I think you are looking for a separate Search Panel. Click in the Search box where you have "Rehab" and choose the second option: This resource (Open search tool).
Inline (Filter this resource) removes all the text of the resource, except verses that match the query.

Right but there’s something off here. The in-line search (my picture above) doesn’t even show verse references anymore. It’s just text. I distinctly recall see at least a little space between the verse hits and a gray verse reference above each new verse that met the search criteria.

When I perform an inline search, I get your screenshot. When I perform a normal search, I get something closer. When I perform an inline search on the desktop app, I think I get what you are expecting on mobile. It is possible that there is some sort of website issue. However, I have never performed an inline search on mobile until today, so I can't tell if that was the previous behavior or not.

Thanks. I’ve used in-line search on mobile many times, and I’ve never had difficulty deciphering which verses were returned. The way that screenshot is, it looks like one big paragraph of a continuous text. I know, of course, that those results are scatted across several different sections, OT and NT, but if I didn’t have that prior knowledge, I would be at a complete loss. Compounding the issue, I can tap on any of it to bring me to any Of the locations. I know for certain that I would not have used in-line search hundreds of times in the past if that was how it worked.
This has to be a new bug.

Karl,
I see what you mean now. We will need to investigate why that stopped showing reference links.

It’s fixed, thank you!

You're very welcome, Karl. As with all cases, our development team worked hard to resolve this bug in a timely manner. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
