Hopefully you can assist me! In the explore section of my home page, the videos do not load. They spin for a couple of seconds and will not open. I was told to include my operating system and to post on this site.

    If they have a label "Watch now" and launch within Logos then:

    • ensure Tools > Program Settings has Enable Hardware Acceleration = YES; and/or
    • ensure that your graphics driver is up to date  (get the latest from your computer manufacturer or Intel) --> it should be later than March 2021

    Thanks Dave!! All said and done. Intel and micro say I have the latest drivers and up to date.  Computer works great on everything but the desktop and explorer section of logos. I think I really need to re load Logos 9. I got hacked in July of 2021 and bought me a need hp I7 laptop along with a new email address from att. Downloaded my logos 9 but it is a little different. How would I go about downloading logos again? Thanks for your help!! Talked to a guy from Logos yesterday and he reset a few things and told me all my logos books are up to date and said check with intel on drivers which i did. Logos videos will not open on explore.

    Reinstalling Logos is usually not the answer unless you know it was hacked or corrupted.

    Microsoft can be misleading with its "best" driver installed message.

    • Use Windows+X keys
    • Open Device Manager
    • Click Display Adapters
    • Click Intel UHD Graphics
    • Click the Driver tab
    • Check it is the latest version --> 30.0.101.1934  dated 20/4/2022  (20th April 2022!)

    I use Intel Driver and Support Assistant to keep up to date.
